About the Role

Lithic is seeking a Senior Dispute Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving disputes and ensuring customer satisfaction across our diverse portfolio of clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, develop solutions, and ensure timely resolution.

What You'll Do

• Analyze dispute claims and provide accurate resolutions in a timely manner
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer support teams to resolve complex disputes
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of all dispute cases
• Identify trends and areas for process improvement within the dispute resolution team
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Lithic's internal policies

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in dispute resolution, customer service, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with financial services industry regulations and compliance standards
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality work under pressure
