What This Role Involves

In this role, you will work with a team of experienced compliance professionals responsible for critical functions on the Investigations Team within the Compliance Department. You will perform Level 2 analysis and adjudication of escalated alerts and cases (including referrals from Transaction Monitoring, Account Review, Market Surveillance, Legal, and other departments), prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (“SARs”) for submission, and assist with other critical components/development of the compliance program.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform Level 2 analysis and adjudication of escalated alerts and cases
• Prepare SARs for submission to regulatory authorities
• Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct research on emerging trends and regulatory changes impacting Gemini’s operations

What We're Looking For

• A strong understanding of financial crime prevention and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
• Experience in performing Level 2 analysis and SAR preparation
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Prior experience in a compliance or investigative role is preferred but not required
