The Opportunity
Lithic, a modern card issuing and processing platform, is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to join our Risk & Compliance team. As a key member of this forward-thinking group, you will be responsible for managing KYC/KYB onboarding, CDD/EDD reviews, OFAC screenings, and bank partner deliverables across multiple sponsor bank relationships. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the automation of compliance workflows using AI technologies.
What You'll Do
- Owning compliance execution and quality for Lithic's CIP, KYB, and CDD/EDD processes
- Managing KYC/KYB onboarding and CDD/EDD reviews
- Performing OFAC screenings and ensuring bank partner deliverables are met
- Participating in the automation of compliance workflows using AI technologies
- Collaborating with business-facing, revenue-generating teams to impact customer experience for Lithic's largest enterprise clients
