The Opportunity

Lithic, a modern card issuing and processing platform, is seeking a Senior AML Analyst to join our team. As an integral part of our compliance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our financial systems while supporting our mission to empower ambitious financial companies.

Core Duties

• Analyze and monitor transactions for suspicious activities and potential money laundering risks
• Conduct thorough investigations into flagged transactions, preparing detailed reports as required by regulatory bodies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain AML policies and procedures
• Stay updated on changes in AML regulations and ensure compliance across all Lithic operations
• Support the development of new products and services while adhering to strict AML standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an AML Analyst or similar role in a financial institution
• Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) designation preferred but not required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and anomalies in large datasets
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as KYC, AML, and CFT regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analysis tools
