About This Position
The Strategy Execution/Advancement Principal role is a pivotal position within Humana's Enterprise Growth Strategy team. As part of this newly created organization, you will support growth initiatives across Humana’s businesses, with a strong focus on Medicare Advantage strategy development. You will lead small teams to deconstruct issues and challenges, perform targeted research and analysis, and craft sound, logical solutions and recommendations. This role involves shaping implementation considerations and working closely with business owners to transition analysis into execution.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead small teams in deconstructing complex issues and challenges related to Medicare Advantage strategy development.
- Perform targeted research and analysis to support high-priority projects and initiatives.
- Craft sound, logical solutions and recommendations based on the findings of your analysis.
- Shape implementation considerations for strategic projects.
- Work closely with business owners to transition analysis into execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategy development, consulting, or related fields.
- Experience leading small teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform targeted research effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering logical solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders across the organization.
