What This Role Involves

This role involves leading multiple preschool centers in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide). Responsibilities include setting curriculum goals, directing a team of early childhood teachers, and ensuring compliance with ECDA licensing. The principal will manage strategic direction, budget, enrollment, and operations while maintaining strong parent communications and program quality.

Your Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a preschool center principal or similar role
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams of early childhood educators
• Strong understanding of ECDA licensing requirements and early childhood education standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Experience in managing budgets and operations for educational institutions
• A deep passion for early childhood education and development
