About the Role
As Assistant Music Director/Early Education at Lovemyjob, you'll work directly with students from diverse backgrounds, fostering a love of music through interactive, engaging instruction. You'll support our music education programs and collaborate with our team to create a welcoming environment where every student feels empowered to express themselves through music.
What You'll Do
- Teach music lessons to students in the early education and foundational levels, adapting your approach to individual learning styles and abilities
- Lead group and ensemble activities that build musicianship, confidence, and performance readiness
- Support students in preparing for recitals, performances, and other musical milestones
- Maintain a positive, encouraging classroom atmosphere that welcomes learners of all backgrounds and abilities
- Collaborate with other instructors and music directors to coordinate programming and student progress
- Help students develop fundamental music theory, technical skills, and performance habits
