The Opportunity

We're seeking dedicated educators to join our team as Preschool Teachers in a part-time role. You'll create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for preschool-aged children in our Capitol View facility. You'll play a vital role in fostering each child's social, physical, and intellectual growth during these formative years, preparing them for success in primary school.

Core Duties

• Design and deliver age-appropriate learning activities that promote cognitive development, social skills, and physical growth
• Provide diverse materials and resources that encourage exploration, hands-on discovery, and imaginative play
• Supervise children's activities and safety in a nurturing classroom environment
• Observe and document each child's individual development and progress
• Build positive relationships with families and communicate about learning milestones
• Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally stimulating learning space

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with preschool-aged children in educational or childcare settings
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and developmentally appropriate teaching practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, families, and colleagues
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting young learners
• Ability to foster inclusive, welcoming classroom environments
