Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Preschool Principal to lead our early childhood education center in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide). The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for early childhood development, and the ability to inspire and manage a team of dedicated educators.

<h2-Core Duties

• Provide strategic direction and overall management for the preschool, ensuring alignment with educational goals and best practices in early childhood education.
• Lead a team of early childhood teachers, fostering an environment that promotes quality education, holistic development, and care for children aged 3 to 6 years old.
• Develop and implement curriculum objectives that align with national standards and foster inclusive learning environments.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool, including staff management, budgeting, and facility maintenance.

<h2-Who We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an early childhood education setting.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams towards common goals.
• Strong understanding of Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide)'s Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) guidelines and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
