About the Role

The Infrastructure Planning and Design Department 2, Land Planning Branch, is responsible for consolidating land needs, safeguarding, and securing land for NEA. As a key member of this team, you will be primarily involved in fronting land matters with land agencies to support the security and allocation of necessary lands.

Key Responsibilities

• Front land matters for NEA with land agencies to safeguard and secure land.
• Support the consolidation of land needs for NEA, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Act as a point of contact between NEA and URA and other relevant land agencies.

Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure planning and design, with a focus on land matters.
• Strong understanding of NEA’s operational requirements and processes.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
