Role Overview
This is a permanent full-time Senior Engineer position based in Pittsworth. The role offers competitive salary of $116,916.83 to $123,940.72 gross per annum (plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation). You will have the opportunity for development, leadership, and management training.
Your Responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategic direction of engineering projects in the region
- Lead and manage complex engineering projects ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and other team members
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality are met or exceeded
- Conduct site inspections and provide reports on the condition of infrastructure
What We're Looking For
- A degree in engineering from a recognized institution
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Engineer, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or management role
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in engineering projects
- A valid driver's license is essential for this position
