The Opportunity

The Assistant Manager (AM) plays a pivotal role in ensuring efficiency of support processes within our blood collection centres and that administrative demands of the Division are met. The incumbent will work together with the Corporate Function team to support collection centres with administrative matters, including but not limited to centre level procurement, staff rostering, inventory management, and other operational tasks.

  • Support blood collection centres in managing administrative processes
  • Coordinate with the Corporate Function team for administrative support
  • Handle center-level procurement activities
  • Manage staff rosters to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain inventory levels and manage stock control
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative roles within healthcare settings
  • Familiarity with blood collection centre operations and processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
