What You'll Do
- Participate in UX strategy, planning, and reviews.
- Promote and advise stakeholders on the user-centric approach, applying UX methodologies to validate and inform design decisions.
- Build relationships with key partners across Brand, Design and HMI, Engineering, and Software teams.
- Balance strategic and tactical initiatives to ensure the team solves critical user needs.
- Expertly articulate insights and actionable UX recommendations to executive level stakeholders.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor's Degree in User Experience Design, HMI, Communications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional work experience leading high-impact UX projects in disruptive and ambiguous problem spaces.
- Proven track record of establishing UX processes to drive ease of use and consistency across Slate products – both inside and outside the vehicle.
