The Opportunity

The Department of Conservation is seeking a Principal Ranger to join our Regional Operations Group in Southland. This role is crucial in protecting and managing Aotearoa New Zealand's natural and historic heritage for the benefit of present and future generations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage frontline conservation work, ensuring the protection and enhancement of places, species, and ecosystems.
