Role Overview

The Director of Marketing and Community Relations at MIRCI is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the organization's visibility and impact. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community partners, donors, and local media outlets.
• Plan and execute events that promote the organization's mission and services.
• Evaluate marketing efforts through data analysis to optimize future campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level marketing role, preferably within non-profit or healthcare organizations.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive engagement and awareness.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and website management systems.
• A passion for supporting individuals affected by mental illness and a commitment to community service.
