Role Overview

The Lo & Behold Group is seeking an Associate Marketing Director to lead the venue's brand strategy and marketing campaigns for Tanjong Beach Club. This role will align with Operations, Culinary, Beverage, and Group Creative teams to deliver campaigns that drive reservations and revenue while maintaining brand integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Culinary, Beverage, and Group Creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution
• Drive reservations and revenue through targeted marketing efforts
• Maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints
• Report directly to the General Manager with a dotted line to the CMO
• Balance long-term strategic planning with day-to-day operational needs

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality and experiences
• A strong understanding of brand strategy and execution
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness
