About This Position

We are seeking a Patient Relations representative to handle inquiries via calls, SMS, email, live chat and fax. You will ensure confidentiality and adherence to PDPA while assisting with appointment changes, educating callers on services, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM and medical records system.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Handle patient inquiries through various communication channels including calls, SMS, email, live chat, and fax.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with PDPA guidelines.
• Assist with appointment changes and provide information on available services to callers.
• Utilize CRM and medical records systems for accurate record-keeping.
• Support the team in meeting department goals and managing SLA targets.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
