About This Position
At Reflex Aerospace Gmbh, we are expanding our Talent Acquisition Team and seek a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager:in to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process for technical, engineering, and commercial positions. Your focus lies on operational recruiting (approximately 80%), while also engaging in strategic topics such as employer branding, process optimization, and further development of our talent acquisition function (around 20%). You will work closely with hiring managers, the People Team, and our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure sustainable growth of our teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruiting process – from demand analysis and job posting to kickoff meetings with hiring managers, active sourcing, interview coordination, candidate selection, and contract signing.
- Manage multiple vacancies while maintaining an overview in a dynamic hypergrowth phase.
- Recruit talents from aerospace, software, systems engineering, manufacturing, and other technical disciplines as well as commercial positions.
- Conduct interviews and support functional areas through the entire selection process – advising on recruiting best practices, market trends, and informed hiring decisions.
- Develop creative and sustainable sourcing strategies for active sourcing and talent pipeline management.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Manager:in with experience in end-to-end recruiting. You should have a proven track record of successfully managing the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. A background in technical fields such as aerospace, software, systems engineering, or manufacturing is advantageous. Additionally, you should be familiar with employer branding, process optimization, and talent pipeline management.
