We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Agent team, responsible for developing the world's best Agentic Video Editor, Underlord. This role involves managing a team of 5-6 software engineers and collaborating closely with engineering, product, design, and AI research teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of agentic video editing solutions to enhance user experience in chat-based interactions.
• Partner with the AI Research team to scale and improve agent infrastructure as models evolve.
• Manage a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment with product goals and technical strategies.
• Drive innovation and strategic partnerships across various teams to deliver high-quality video editing experiences.
