• BUILD high-performing teams through structured management practices and strong engineering principles.

• Proven experience as a Platform Engineering Manager or similar role in a tech company.
• A deep understanding of cloud platforms, infrastructure, and SRE best practices.
• The ability to lead and mentor high-performing technical teams towards shared goals.
• Experience with complex infrastructure and business problem-solving.
