Your Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of IT components
Rewiring and expansion of workstations' hardware
Installation and configuration of hardware in client and server areas
Self-installation of software
Solving hardware and software problems, handling tickets within defined service levels
Eigenständige installation changes and, if necessary, software configuration

Who We're Looking For

Diploma in IT-Systemelektroniker/in, Informationselektroniker/in or Mechatroniker/in, or equivalent qualification
First experience in the maintenance of IT components and implementation of customer requirements
Experience in repairing hardware (laptop, PC)
Preferring certifications from Lenovo, Dell or Hewlett Packard, but not mandatory
Team-oriented work style
