Role Overview

This is a part-time position with Apartment Life in India (nationwide) (nationwide). The Events and Ministry Coordinator will be responsible for executing the service plan of Apartment Life through events and programming that serve each community's needs. This role requires excellent organizational skills to prepare a monthly schedule under the guidance of their supervisor.

Core Duties

• Work closely with the Apartment Life supervisor to develop and execute a monthly event and programming schedule.
• Ensure all events and programs align with the overall mission and values of Apartment Life.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including community members and external partners, to facilitate successful events.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of each event and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Affinity towards community service and a passion for ministry work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
