Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Move flexibly between accommodation support and resort safety tasks to assist guests and elevate their overall Butlins experience in Minehead.
• Handle a variety of practical situations that call upon combined customer service strengths and security knowledge.
• Promote a secure setting so that every guest feels confident and looked after throughout their stay.
• Adapt readily to changing demands across the full range of day and night shift rotas covering the hours outlined.

Qualifications

• Proven capacity to integrate customer service skills with security awareness when facing operational challenges.
• Readiness to work across multiple departmental areas rather than remaining fixed in one role.
• Possession of an SIA Door Supervisor Badge is desirable.
• Availability for variable shift patterns that include both daytime 8am–8pm and overnight 8pm–8am cover.
• Suitability for potential live-in arrangements where applicants are 18 or older and moving into the Minehead locality.
