Role Overview

This full-time Part-Time Campus Clinic Dentist position places you at the heart of patient-focused dental services on the NWTC Green Bay campus. You will examine, diagnose, and treat oral health conditions while following established clinical standards and supporting a collaborative care environment that prioritizes safety, accuracy, and clear patient communication.

Core Duties

• Perform thorough oral health evaluations, identify dental issues, and determine appropriate courses of treatment for campus clinic patients
• Carry out routine restorative, preventive, and therapeutic procedures consistent with general dentistry practice
• Create clear treatment plans and counsel individuals on daily oral hygiene and aftercare habits
• Document findings and care accurately while coordinating with clinic colleagues for seamless patient support
• Follow infection-prevention measures and all applicable professional regulations throughout every appointment
• Help maintain efficient clinic flow and a professional atmosphere for everyone visiting the NWTC Green Bay location

What We're Looking For

• DDS or DMD degree earned from an accredited dental program
• Active, unrestricted license allowing dental practice in Wisconsin
• Solid clinical competence in common diagnostic and treatment techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills suited to a diverse campus community
• Ability to partner productively within a multidisciplinary clinic team
• Willingness to uphold documentation standards, patient privacy, and quality-of-care expectations
