About the Role

As a Retail Merchandise Manager at Michaels' Westport store, you'll lead efforts to showcase our craft supplies, art materials, and home décor products in ways that engage and inspire our customers. In this full-time position, you'll develop and execute merchandising strategies, manage product displays, and ensure optimal inventory levels across departments. Working from our Westport location, you'll collaborate with the store team to maintain visual excellence and drive sales through strategic product placement and promotion.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute compelling merchandise displays and seasonal promotions
• Manage inventory levels, product ordering, and stock rotation
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and aesthetic consistency throughout the store
• Coordinate with team members on product placement and availability
