Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with genuine warmth and take orders accurately
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and bagel items to quality and food safety standards
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions responsibly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
• Stock supplies and manage inventory levels throughout your shift
• Collaborate with team members to keep operations running smoothly, especially during peak hours
• Follow all health, safety, and company policies consistently

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong customer service instincts and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to your team
• Basic cash handling experience preferred
• Food service experience a plus, but willingness to learn is essential
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
