Role Overview

As a Team Member, you'll be the heart of our daily operations—greeting customers, preparing quality beverages and bagels, managing transactions, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. This is a full-time position where your energy and attention to detail directly impact guest satisfaction and our team's success.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages, breakfast items, and bagels with consistency and care
• Process customer orders and payments using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, kitchen, and customer areas throughout your shift
• Deliver friendly, efficient service to guests during peak and off-peak hours
• Handle food preparation safely, following health and safety protocols
• Collaborate with teammates to manage inventory, stock supplies, and support café operations
• Respond to customer requests and resolve issues with a positive attitude

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Reliability and punctuality, with availability for full-time hours
• Customer service experience (retail, food service, or hospitality preferred)
• Basic math skills for cash handling
• Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to a dynamic workplace
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 25 pounds
