Coffeeandbagelbrands is hiring a full-time Team Member at our Atlanta, GA location (1789 Howell Mill Rd NW) to join our hospitality team and deliver outstanding service to our guests daily.

What This Role Involves

As a Team Member at Coffeeandbagelbrands, you'll be instrumental in creating a welcoming environment for every customer who visits. You'll masterfully prepare our signature coffee drinks and fresh bagels, handle transactions with accuracy, and maintain the high standards that keep guests coming back. Your role bridges customer service excellence with operational execution—ensuring both the guest experience and the smooth functioning of our location are top-notch every single shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee beverages and specialty drinks to order
• Toast and finish bagels with proper toppings and ingredients
• Operate the point-of-sale system and process payments accurately
• Welcome customers with genuine hospitality and address their needs promptly
• Maintain sanitary conditions in food preparation and service areas
• Monitor and replenish inventory, supplies, and ingredients throughout your shift
• Work collaboratively with team members during busy periods and transitions
• Follow all food safety and health regulations consistently
