Position Summary

As a Team Member at Coffeeandbagelbrands, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations, working alongside a dedicated team to serve our customers with quality coffee, bagels, and friendly service. You'll develop valuable skills in food preparation, customer service, and teamwork while being part of an established brand with community roots in Raleigh.

Core Duties

• Prepare and serve beverages, bagels, and other menu items according to company standards and recipes
• Take customer orders accurately and process transactions using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace throughout your shift
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to keep operations running smoothly
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods
• Follow all food safety and health regulations to maintain the highest standards
