About This Position

As a Senior Engagement Manager for AI Solutions Delivery at Workday, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their strategic objectives through the deployment and optimization of cutting-edge AI capabilities. You'll bridge the gap between customer needs and our technical teams, cultivating lasting partnerships while guiding organizations through digital transformation initiatives powered by artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer engagement strategies to ensure successful adoption and value realization from AI-driven solutions
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships across client organizations at executive and operational levels
  • Oversee solution delivery timelines, milestones, and quality standards to meet customer expectations
  • Collaborate with technical, product, and support teams to design and implement tailored AI solutions
  • Conduct business reviews and impact assessments to demonstrate ROI and identify expansion opportunities
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks, ensuring successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for customer concerns and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or solutions delivery roles
  • Demonstrated expertise managing enterprise software implementations or complex, technology-driven projects
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and their business applications
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Proven track record building and maintaining strategic customer relationships
  • Project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, computer science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagements
