What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to customer needs and business objectives
  • Track sales metrics, forecast performance, and report progress to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and customer service
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities

Requirements

  • Proven track record in territory sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse customer groups
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to conduct field visits within the Kolkata region as required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or related field
