About the Role

As a Senior Associate AI Engineer, you'll be a key technical contributor within PWC's advisory and transformation teams. Your role bridges strategy and implementation, working alongside consultants and delivery teams to architect, design, and deploy AI solutions that solve real business problems. You'll engage directly with client stakeholders to understand their digital maturity, AI readiness, and transformation objectives, then translate those into scalable technical strategies and proof-of-concept implementations.

What You'll Do

• Design and prototype AI and machine learning solutions aligned with client business outcomes and transformation roadmaps
• Build and evaluate technical architectures for AI systems, including data engineering, model development, and deployment pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—data scientists, cloud engineers, business strategists—to move AI initiatives from concept to production
• Assess existing technology stacks, identify opportunities for AI integration, and recommend implementation approaches
• Document technical findings, present recommendations to client leadership, and support change management during technology adoption
• Contribute to methodology development, thought leadership, and capability-building initiatives within the AI engineering community

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
• 3–7 years of professional experience in AI engineering, machine learning, software engineering, or data engineering roles
• Strong programming skills in Python or Java and hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience deploying models at scale
• Demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in ambiguous, advisory contexts
