In this full-time senior business development role, you'll drive strategic partnerships and negotiate high-value OEM alliances that expand our market reach and revenue opportunities in enterprise technology.

Position Summary

As Director, Alliances Deal Maker - OEM Lead, you'll lead the identification, negotiation, and execution of transformational partnerships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). You'll operate at the intersection of strategy and commerce, building alliances that unlock new revenue streams and competitive advantages for Kyndryl across key market segments.

Core Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive alliance strategy targeting strategic OEM partners aligned with Kyndryl's growth objectives
• Source, qualify, and pursue high-impact partnership opportunities in your assigned markets and verticals
• Lead end-to-end deal negotiation with OEM executives, securing favorable commercial terms and mutually beneficial outcomes
• Build and cultivate long-term strategic relationships with OEM leadership and internal cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance to structure partnerships that deliver measurable value
• Develop business cases and financial models demonstrating partnership ROI and strategic alignment
• Monitor alliance performance against KPIs and communicate pipeline and deal metrics to senior leadership

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading enterprise partnerships or OEM alliances at director or senior manager level
• Exceptional negotiation and deal-making experience with complex commercial agreements and multi-stakeholder environments
• Comprehensive understanding of technology markets, vendor ecosystems, and OEM business models
• Proven ability to build and maintain executive relationships across partner organizations and internal teams
• Strong financial acumen and experience developing business cases, financial modeling, and partnership ROI analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
