You'll be at the heart of our customer experience, helping guests discover pieces that fit their lifestyle while building lasting relationships that drive loyalty and sales growth. Whether you're styling a first-time visitor or assisting a returning customer, you'll play a vital role in making every shopping visit memorable and impactful.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers with genuine product knowledge and styling expertise, offering personalized recommendations that match individual needs and preferences
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a welcoming, unhurried shopping atmosphere
• Help maintain a visually compelling store environment through thoughtful merchandising and regular stock rotation
• Collaborate with your team to meet sales goals while prioritizing customer satisfaction over transaction volume
• Build a loyal customer base by following up, remembering preferences, and creating reasons for guests to return
• Support all store operations, from opening and closing procedures to inventory management

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven retail or customer service experience (or strong related background)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that put customers at ease
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
