Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer || Work from Home

Outforce is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer to join their team in the Philippines. This full-time, mid-level role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise D365FO solutions that support global financial and operational processes.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain X++ customizations and extensions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, following Microsoft One Version standards and extension-based design patterns
• Build and modify forms, tables, classes, SSRS reports, workflows, and data entities to fulfill business requirements
• Create and manage integrations connecting D365FO with human resources, payroll, customer relationship management, and external applications using REST APIs, OData, and Data Management Framework tools
• Support data migration initiatives including requirements analysis, mapping, validation, transformation, and reconciliation
• Identify and resolve defects, performance bottlenecks, and incidents reported by end users
• Participate in peer code reviews, optimize batch processing routines, and uphold coding standards and governance policies
• Partner with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
• Drive end-to-end project delivery spanning design, quality assurance, deployment, and change management
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support compliance, audit readiness, and knowledge transfer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional background
• 3–6 years of direct experience building solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
• Demonstrated mastery of X++, Visual Studio, and Dynamics Lifecycle Services
• Hands-on expertise in D365FO data management capabilities, data entity frameworks, and enterprise system integrations
• Working knowledge of financial processes and operational workflows within large-scale ERP deployments
• Fluent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking) for effective team collaboration
• Prior exposure to general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, project accounting, or tax modules is beneficial
• Background with Azure cloud services, independent software vendor solutions, or audit and compliance frameworks strengthens your fit
• Relevant Dynamics 365 certifications or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience is valued
