About the Role

As our Key Account Manager for Ecommerce operations in Ho Chi Minh City, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for Abbott's most significant online retail partners. This position sits at the intersection of sales strategy, customer success, and business development, combining relationship management with data-driven decision-making to accelerate ecommerce channel performance in the Vietnam market.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies for priority ecommerce partners, identifying expansion opportunities and driving revenue targets
  • Manage end-to-end account relationships, from contract negotiation and pricing strategy to performance monitoring and quarterly business reviews
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activity to recommend product assortments, promotional strategies, and inventory solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams including supply chain, marketing, and product management to deliver seamless partner experiences
  • Monitor market conditions and customer needs to identify new ecommerce channels and partnership opportunities in Vietnam
  • Prepare reports and forecasts to track account health, margin performance, and growth trajectory

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing key accounts in ecommerce, retail, or technology sectors—preferably in Vietnam or Southeast Asia
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to analyze contracts, negotiate terms, and drive profitability
  • Demonstrated success building and maintaining long-term B2B partnerships with large organizations
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional language fluency is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated professional with a track record of exceeding sales and retention goals
