My NRMA is recruiting an Operations Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract position based in Coolangatta, Queensland. This contract role offers an ideal opportunity to lead operational excellence during a maternity leave backfill period, bringing structure and strategic oversight to our customer service operations team.

Role Overview

This contract position sits at the heart of My NRMA's Coolangatta operations, providing leadership across our service delivery teams. You'll oversee day-to-day operational activities whilst ensuring customer-centric service standards remain at the forefront. The role balances team management with process optimisation, creating an environment where both staff and members experience seamless, efficient service during this 12-month tenure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering professional development and maintaining morale throughout the contract term
• Monitor key performance indicators and service metrics to drive continuous operational improvement
• Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and workload distribution across the Coolangatta operations centre
• Oversee member communication and customer service complaint resolution protocols
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant legislation
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives and operational planning
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to enhance productivity
