Position Summary
As a Kitchen Attendant at Treasure Island Resort, you'll play an essential role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. This full-time position offers the chance to work in a busy hospitality environment where your contributions directly support guest satisfaction. Working alongside our experienced culinary team, you'll develop industry knowledge whilst upholding rigorous standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, and portioning produce and proteins for cooking
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including washing equipment, utensils, and crockery
- Sanitise work surfaces and maintain high standards of food hygiene
- Assist with organising and transporting prepared meals to service areas
- Monitor and assist with stock control, receiving, and storage of food items
- Comply with all food safety regulations and contribute to a secure working environment
