Domino's is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to lead operations at our 957 Main Street location in West Warwick, RI. This is your opportunity to step into a supervisory role with hands-on leadership experience at one of the world's leading pizza delivery brands.

Role Overview

As Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside our store leadership to ensure smooth, efficient operations across all shifts. You'll manage team scheduling, train crew members, and maintain our high standards for food quality, customer service, and workplace safety. This position demands someone ready to lead by example and develop emerging talent on the team.

Core Duties

• Oversee kitchen and delivery operations during assigned shifts
• Recruit, train, and supervise delivery drivers and kitchen staff
• Monitor food safety practices and quality control standards
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Manage cash handling and daily reconciliation
• Maintain cleanliness and workplace organization
• Support marketing promotions and community engagement efforts
• Report performance metrics and operational concerns to the store manager

Who We're Looking For

• 1+ year of restaurant or quick-service food experience, ideally in a supervisory capacity
• Strong communication and people-management skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Reliable transportation to reach 957 Main Street in West Warwick consistently
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one
• Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving orientation
