The Opportunity

You'll own the complete lifecycle of bringing Ruggable's innovative textile products to market through major retailers including Costco, Target, and Walmart. In this full-time position, you'll bridge manufacturing excellence with retail floor success, ensuring every launch meets retailer standards and maximizes customer reach. This role demands both strategic direction—building repeatable processes and coaching your team—and tactical execution, where you'll handle vendor systems, compliance requirements, and day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end textile product launches for Costco, Target, and Walmart—from vendor onboarding through in-store placement and sell-through optimization
• Navigate retailer-specific compliance frameworks, vendor platforms (Retail Link, Partners Online), EDI routing, and logistics protocols to ensure flawless execution
• Coordinate cross-functional supply chain delivery: work directly with manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution partners to guarantee accurate forecasts and on-time, in-full shipments
• Manage point-of-purchase displays, endcaps, packaging specifications, and physical merchandising rollouts tailored to retailer requirements
• Resolve operational challenges in real time—inventory discrepancies, logistics delays, compliance issues—serving as the critical link between internal teams and retail partners
• Build and maintain Standard Operating Procedures that enable your growing team to execute launches repeatably and reliably
• Define measurable KPIs across compliance, launch timing, and inventory accuracy; mentor team members to consistently hit targets

What We're Looking For

• 5–7+ years managing wholesale, retail operations, supply chain, or key accounts within consumer goods or CPG businesses
• Essential: Proven hands-on experience executing product launches and managing day-to-day operations with Costco, Target, or Walmart
• Preferred background in textile manufacturing (bedding, home textiles, apparel, or related categories)
• Fluent in retailer vendor portals, EDI systems, and ERP or advanced Excel environments
• Demonstrated comfort shifting between strategic planning and tactical execution—genuinely enjoying both mentoring and hands-on problem-solving
• Strong organizational discipline, meticulous attention to detail, and confidence analyzing data to drive decisions

Compensation and benefits: $110,000–$135,000 base annual salary, performance-based annual bonus, and employer 401(k) matching up to 3% of base compensation.
