What This Role Involves
Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, you'll manage ABM platforms, interpret intent signals, and coordinate campaign delivery across Power Digital's B2B client portfolio. Your work ensures account-targeting strategies convert into measurable business results.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain target account lists, tiering models, and scoring rules in 6Sense and Demandbase
- Monitor intent signals and account engagement daily; communicate insights to the Director of ABM
- Develop ABM audits, playbooks, and go-to-market strategies for clients
- Translate account tiers and intent data into targeting briefs for Paid Media, Social, Content, and Email teams
- Coordinate with channel partners to ensure campaigns execute against strategy
- Own ABM reporting and dashboards tracking pipeline influence and account progression
- Support alignment across SEO, Creative, PR, Influencer, and CRO teams
- Contribute to market research and business development
- Leverage AI and Power Digital's proprietary nova platform for ABM insights
- Present ABM performance on client calls; progress toward leading these independently
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on proficiency with 6Sense, Demandbase, or comparable ABM platform (required)
- 2–4 years in B2B marketing, marketing operations, or ABM (agency or in-house)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot
- Understanding of intent data, predictive scoring, and account segmentation
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable pulling and interpreting data independently
- Clear written and verbal communication; ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Organized and detail-oriented across multiple concurrent clients
- Team-oriented collaborator comfortable raising opportunities or concerns to leadership
