About the Role

We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. You will be instrumental in identifying, prospecting, and closing commercial opportunities with enterprise and mid-market clients across Malaysia. Based in our Bukit Jalil office, you will operate independently whilst collaborating closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure every opportunity is maximised.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and proactive outreach to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across target accounts
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases that demonstrate measurable ROI
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through contract negotiation and close
  • Contribute to revenue targets through consistent activity, disciplined follow-up, and professional negotiation
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction post-sale

What You Bring

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with success in closing commercial deals with corporate clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and influence at all organisational levels
  • Self-motivated, resilient approach to prospecting and pipeline development in a target-driven environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools; comfortable with reporting and analytics
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business development or sales
  • Based in or willing to work from Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur
