Aircon Operation Intern

PRISM+ is seeking an Aircon Operation Intern to join our facilities and operations team in Singapore. This full-time position offers practical, hands-on experience in air conditioning systems management and maintenance within a dynamic, professional environment.

What This Role Involves

As an Aircon Operation Intern at PRISM+, you'll work directly with our operations team to monitor, maintain, and optimise air conditioning systems across our facilities in Singapore. This hands-on internship provides valuable exposure to HVAC operations, preventative maintenance protocols, and facility management best practices in a commercial setting. You'll contribute to ensuring optimal climate control and energy efficiency throughout our operations whilst developing core technical competencies in air conditioning systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor air conditioning systems and identify operational issues requiring attention
• Assist with routine maintenance, filter changes, and system inspections
• Support senior technicians with diagnostics and troubleshooting procedures
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance
• Respond to operational concerns and help maintain optimal facility conditions
• Follow safety protocols and support preventative maintenance schedules

Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in HVAC, mechanical engineering, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety standards
• Ability to work collaboratively within a technical team environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn air conditioning systems
• Reliable, punctual, and ready for full-time commitment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
