About This Position

As a Maintenance Technician (Multi-craft) working all shifts, you'll be the backbone of our facility maintenance program. This full-time position offers the variety and responsibility that comes with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining diverse equipment and systems. You'll work across multiple mechanical, electrical, and operational disciplines, responding to both scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs to minimize downtime and keep production on track.

Your Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment, motors, conveyor systems, and facility infrastructure
• Respond promptly to maintenance calls and emergency breakdowns across all shifts
• Read technical drawings, blueprints, and maintenance manuals to guide repairs and modifications
• Troubleshoot operational issues using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance in system logs
• Collaborate with operations and supervisory teams to prioritize maintenance work and prevent future failures
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety protocols and company procedures

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a multi-craft or general maintenance technician in a manufacturing, production, or facility environment
• Hands-on knowledge of mechanical repair, electrical troubleshooting, welding, or hydraulic systems
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work all shifts, including overtime and on-call availability
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background screening and safety requirements
• Relevant certifications (electrical, welding, HVAC, or equipment-specific) are a plus
