Prestage is hiring a full-time IT Infrastructure & Systems Professional in Clinton, North Carolina. This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining the IT infrastructure that powers our operations and supports business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure systems including servers, storage, networking equipment, and cloud platforms
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security to identify and resolve issues proactively
• Implement and maintain infrastructure documentation, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity protocols
• Collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to evaluate new technologies and plan infrastructure upgrades
• Support infrastructure security, compliance standards, and industry best practices across the organization
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide technical guidance to team members

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing IT infrastructure, systems administration, or related technical discipline
• Strong knowledge of server operating systems, networking protocols, and storage technologies
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring, performance optimization, and capacity planning tools
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles, data protection, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
