Site Operations Supervisor

PrePass is seeking a Site Operations Supervisor to join our team in Lexington, Kentucky. In this full-time position, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring smooth execution of processes and maintaining the highest standards of safety and service quality.

About the Role

As Site Operations Supervisor, you'll be the operational backbone of our Lexington location, leading efforts to maintain efficient daily operations while supporting PrePass's mission. This role combines hands-on facility management with team leadership, offering the opportunity to directly influence how our site runs and the experience our customers receive. You'll work in a collaborative environment where your decisions impact both internal operations and external service delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee facility operations, systems, and equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Lead and support site staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Monitor compliance with operational procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Identify and address operational challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective solutions
• Maintain documentation, logs, and reports required for site operations and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external partners to support site maintenance and services
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain facility standards
• Communicate operational status, issues, and improvements to upper management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in site operations, facility management, or similar supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of safety standards, compliance procedures, and operational best practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with operational documentation and reporting tools
