Premium Merchant Funding seeks a driven Real Estate Investment Analyst Intern to support the investment team in analyzing, underwriting, and evaluating real estate investment deals. You'll work directly with experienced professionals to develop a thorough understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, investment strategy, and the Miami-area property market. This role combines analytical rigor with practical business judgment, giving you genuine insight into how professional real estate investors identify and structure opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and market analysis on real estate investment opportunities, including pro forma modeling and return projections
• Research property markets, demographics, and comparable sales data to support investment theses
• Assist in due diligence activities including title review, tenant analysis, and lease examination
• Compile and organize investment summaries, offering memoranda, and analysis documents
• Support the team with data gathering, industry research, and market intelligence
• Participate in property tours and investor meetings to develop market insight

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of an undergraduate or graduate program in finance, business, economics, real estate, or related field
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, including proficiency in Excel
• Solid understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals and investment structures
