Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new mid-market opportunities within your assigned territory
- Develop and execute account plans that expand wallet share and identify upsell opportunities
- Lead discovery calls and product demonstrations tailored to client needs and business challenges
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to reach mutual agreement
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide forecasting updates to management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to accelerate deal cycles and improve retention
Who We're Looking For
- 3+ years of enterprise or mid-market B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or software
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing large account pipelines
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated with the drive to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Genuine interest in understanding client business problems and delivering solutions
