Account Executive | San Francisco, CA

Popmenu is hiring an Account Executive to drive sales growth from our San Francisco, California headquarters—in a full-time, fully remote role. You'll own territory, close restaurant technology deals, and partner directly with restaurant operators looking to grow their business through smarter marketing and customer engagement.

Position Summary

As an Account Executive at Popmenu, you are the point person for identifying, qualifying, and closing new restaurant customers. You'll develop deep relationships with restaurant owners and marketing leaders, understand their operational and growth challenges, and position Popmenu's restaurant marketing platform as their solution. Your success directly drives revenue and shapes which restaurant groups and independent operators adopt our tools.

What You'll Do

• Prospect, qualify, and close restaurant restaurant owners and multi-unit operators across assigned territory
• Manage full sales cycles from discovery through contract negotiation and deal closure
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and partnership referrals
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's marketing and customer data challenges
• Collaborate with implementation and customer success to ensure smooth client onboarding and early adoption
• Track performance against quota and refine go-to-market strategy based on market feedback and sales results

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS or software sales experience, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or food-service technology sector
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales quota consistently over multiple quarters
• Strong prospecting discipline and comfort with both inbound and outbound sales activities
• Consultative selling approach; ability to ask the right questions and position value clearly
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and data-driven sales processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed, organized, and accountable for pipeline and territory management
