Embedded Insurance Sales Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

PolicyStreet is seeking an experienced Embedded Insurance Sales Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead and grow our insurance sales operations in a dynamic fintech environment.

Position Summary

As an Embedded Insurance Sales Manager at PolicyStreet, you will drive revenue growth by managing the sale of embedded insurance products across our platform ecosystem. Working closely with partners and internal teams, you'll build scalable sales strategies that connect customers with the insurance solutions they need, whilst leveraging your Mandarin language capabilities to engage with our Asian market base effectively.

Core Duties

• Lead and manage the sales strategy for embedded insurance products within the Kuala Lumpur region
• Develop and execute sales plans targeting business growth and customer acquisition
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor sales performance, analyse key metrics, and report progress to senior management
• Utilise Mandarin language skills to engage with Mandarin-speaking customers and partners
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to optimise the insurance sales experience
• Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to capture emerging customer segments

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) required
• Proven track record in insurance sales or related financial services sales roles
• Strong understanding of insurance products and the embedded finance landscape
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate sales teams or achieve individual sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with sales reporting, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making
• Based in or willing to work from Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
